Start with one line of story. End with a finished film. LTB threads a screenplay through four stages — planning, scene writing, shot generation, and animation. The same character keeps the same face across cuts. The same set holds its geometry from every angle. The same prop stays where you put it. No prompt engineering. No copy-pasting between apps. One project, one pipeline.

The four stages

Each stage is one tab in the project. Move freely between them — the work follows you.

Summary

Sketch the project before writing scenes. Period, logline, three-act outline, reference gallery.

Scenario

Write line by line. Each line becomes one beat. @ for assets, / for blocks.

Image

Generate up to nine candidate shots per beat. Promote the keepers.

Video

Animate the promoted shot. Fourteen models, Kling 3.0 Pro by default.

Assets keep cuts consistent

Three asset types travel with the project. Register them once, reuse them across every shot.

Characters

Register a person with one to three reference photos. Face holds across cuts.

Subjects

Register a prop or recurring object. One reference photo is enough.

Backgrounds

Register a place. LTB auto-generates four camera angles from one description.

Quickstart

Build an 8-second video and a share link in about ten minutes. Defaults are enough.
